Lexus IS tyre pressure and size guide

You need to check your Lexus IS tyre pressure regularly, so use this post to look up the size and desired inflation levels for the tyres fitted to your Lexus IS 250 and IS 300h.

We have included three-figure speed figures in this because maximum speed limits differ across Europe.

At speeds below 132mph, the rear tyres should be inflated to 36 psi. If you are travelling between 100mph and 132mph with five occupants, the tyres should be inflated to 39 psi. At speeds above 132mph, the rear tyres should be inflated to 38 psi unless five persons are on board. In this case, the tyres should be inflated to 44 psi.

17-inch wheels (Luxury): The front tyres should be inflated to 36 psi for speeds at or below 132mph. For speeds above 132mph, inflate the front tyres to 38 psi, unless five occupants are on board. In this case, inflate the tyres to 39 psi.

The rear tyres should be inflated to 39 psi when the car is carrying five occupants at speeds of 100mph or more. For all other driving conditions, the inflation level for rear tyres is 36 psi.
